Instagram Challenge!!!!

After a very slow week. I have spent almost all my time on the sofa doing nothing but taking care of myself. I luckily have a little to show you!

My Instagram challenge which I enjoy very much because it loosens up my creative limits.

Today I am working on my FB challenge, taking pictures of my high heels. At the same time make my camera and computer(okay, my sons laptop, he rents it to me) co-operate. It is much easier to take pctures directly to the computer instedad of running from one end of the house to the other. It is also easier to practice and try different settings.

I look forward to show you the pictures.

My first week of challenges this year, has been very fun and also a littlle challenging, but I like the idea a new challenge everey day. It makes me break my own limits, and try new angles.

Here are my result of the Photo a day challenge from Instagram. ( I love my IPhone and the fantastic photoapps. you can have, what a good gift for myself).

I also had the facebook challenge and the subject last week, was water and I am quite satisfied with the result, even though it was another cloudy day i DK.

This week will bring new chllanges and I look forward to it. One of the challenges is daily routine! I will have to use my imagination to take a picture!

Have a nice day

A new year

I would like to start the new year, by showing you the reason I wanted to start photographing again. January last year I was told, I was going to be a Grandmother, wonderful news. As time went by, my daughter became more and more beautiful. A week before my wonderful granddaughet was born, we took the pictures of my daughter and her girlfriend. I love these pictures and the almost naked one became a large picture for their bedroom, for christmas.

Another christmas present was a photobook, with a lot of the pictures of the pregnancy and the pictures I have taken of the baby, what a fantastic product ( beautiful also).

My goal for 2012 is to become a much better photgrapher, using both natural light and also my studio light.

Have a nice day!

Photo Workshop

I have the past 5 weeks, attended  a fantastic Photo Workshop from this fantastic woman and photographer http://www.divasanddreamsblog.com/ one of he first weeks I had to make an inspirational board with photos describing which way I wanted to photograph in the future and I found out I was a little dark and clean. But I love it!

Next week we had to take pictures of flowers and when I tried to remove the colours and make it B/W I thought it was a little boring!

The las picture is a portrait, where I have added sepia and textures to make i different, also a good result!

All in all I have had a great workshop I have learne a lot about myself, photographing (light, focus and so on), postprocessing pictures and son on, Thank you Christina.
